Proximity to multiple metro and bus stops, clean and modern bathrooms, efficient air conditioning

Noise insulation is severely lacking. Street sounds seeped through the thin walls!!! The heating system malfunctioned intermittently. Room design is strangely lacking simple amenities, like hangers, which can be frustrating!!!

Everything was perfect, excellent service, excellent location near the centre of the city, many bars and restaurants, and Sagrada Familia and the Marina Metro station. The employees were really polite all the time. The total experience was great, I recommend:)))

Location was excellent and made getting to attractions super easy. The room was comfy with A/C and a fridge, and it was super clean every day. Staff were really friendly and helpful, especially with storing bags after checking out. The curtains were a fun touch with their remote control. A great stay 😊

The concept of Barcelona Go is modern, friendly hotel manager who helped us look for a solution. Hotel on 20 minute walk from the Sagrada Familias.

The website said dogs were allowed, something I specifically checked for during my search on Booked.net. The first receptionist his first words were "the dog is not allowed", whilst I mentioned to him that I added it in my special requests and that Booked.net had the hotel as dog friendly categorized (it was a tiny dog btw), the manager came in between so it ended all good. Then the payment went wrong, the same first guy charged us 20 euros more then it said on the reservation, mentioning it to him provided us a "oh well" reaction.. The isolation of the rooms is not that good, I heard every person entering the hotel, so I'd say an attention point for the hotel staff. Room wasn't completely finished either, it needed repainting and the electricity point was attached to the wall with scotch tape. Last thing was the pillows.. was it due to the noise or due to the bad pillows, but I didn't sleep at all. Barcelona was our stopover for 1 day before returning to Belgium, so the night rest would've been more then welcome (1500 km by car).

I loved that the hotel was just a short 10-minute walk from the fine Sagrada Familia and the lively Gothic Quarter. The staff was really helpful and provided great tips for local eateries, which enhanced our experience.

Immaculate room, helpful staff, with free Wi-Fi in rooms and close proximity to Marina Metro Station made it easy to explore attractions and enjoy the local atmosphere.

Brand new hotel with kind stuff. Minimal style.

The hotel has not been finished, there were no real services, facilities.

the shower was small and pretty cramped,, but the staff was super friendly and offered us helpful tips. the location was great for getting to attractions, and the wifi worked well in the lobby.
